Start the new year by putting your well-being first with a relaxing session -- 30 minutes of restorative yoga followed by 30 minutes of a relaxing sound bath. Props such as yoga bolsters, blocks, and an eye mask will be provided for you to ensure you're comfortable. Bring your yoga mat. About Gladys Calderon: yoga has been therapeutic for Gladys for over 10 years. She enjoys various styles of yoga but her focus is restorative because she sees it as rebellion against the fast-paced modern world, and a slower practice has helped her with body pain and anxiety. About Rebecca Garber: Rebecca is passionate about spirituality and well being with a focus on a mind body soul approach. She has been active in the field for over 10 years gaining credentials and certifications along the way. Meditation has been a source of peace for her and knows how it can help others.
