Immerse yourself in a delicious combination of Restorative Yoga & Reiki Healing to assist your body to rest, release, restore, relax, recover and heal.
Feel free to bring all your favorite things to be comfortable, though we have everything you need, including bolsters, pillows, cushions, eye pillow and blankets here at the studio so that you can be comfortable and supported.
We suggest to come wearing comfortable clothes, properly hydrated and avoid too much food or coffee before the session.
*There are limited numbers for this Immersion as we keep them intimate so bookings are absolutely essential*
