Estelle and Helene invite you to join us for a wellbeing experience on Sunday 24 May 2026 6:00-7:30pm at Crescent Yoga Studio at St Anne’s Tennis Club FY8 2QH.Estelle, Yoga Teacher, will guide you through a deeply relaxing Restorative yoga class, with very little physical exertion required as we will be using props such as bolsters and blankets to cradle your body and allow you to hold poses with ease.
Restorative yoga encourages you to slow down, take time to settle, and release your physical and mental tensions. It can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, boost your mood and energy levels.
Whilst enjoying this relaxing yoga practice, Helene, Holistic Therapist, will perform a 10-minute Reiki Healing session on you, a Japanese energy healing technique, aimed at promoting relaxation, stress reduction and emotional and physical wellbeing.
Helene will gently place her hands on, or just above your fully-clothed body, to help guide the flow of ‘universal life energy’ to bring balance to your body’s energy fields or Chakras.
Reiki works by clearing energy blockages and enhancing the body’s self-healing mechanisms. You may feel sensations like warmth, tingling or deep calmness.
I strongly recommend this class for anyone who feels a bit tired or run down or is recovering from illness or injury and needs to recharge!
Restorative yoga paired with Reiki offers a non-invasive, holistic approach to wellness.
All classes are for beginners and take place at Crescent Yoga Studio at St Anne’s Tennis Club FY8 2QH. The yoga studio is fully equipped so you don’t need to bring anything with you, unless you prefer to use your own mat and blanket etc.
- Tuesday evening 1.5-hour classes cost £10.
- Thursday evening 1-hour classes cost £8.
- Saturday morning regular yoga 1.5-hour classes cost £10.
- Special Event Saturday morning and Sunday evening classes cost £25.
