Chai has been used for thousands of years as part of Ayurvedic healing practices. It is sweet in quality and very aromatic usually made with black tea, pepper, cardamom, ginger, cloves and cinnamon. Many of these are WARMING to subtlety aid digestion and help with bowel movements.

A yoga mat or a comfortable towel to lay on
A blanket
A pillow (suggest bringing 2)
An eye pillow (if you like using one)
