Restorative Yoga is a gentle, passive practice that uses bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in long-held poses. This allows the nervous system to relax, the breath to deepen, and the body to soften—creating space for healing on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.
While you rest in these supported poses, Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique, is offered to promote balance and harmony within.
