About this Event
Experience deep relaxation and stress relief in our Restorative Yoga class, held every Monday from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM and every Thursday from 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.
In this soothing class lead by the amazing Judi Q., you'll be guided through a series of supported poses designed to completely calm the nervous system and invite a state of deep rest.
We'll use props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to create a comfortable and nurturing environment for your body to release tension and restore balance. Gentle stretches, breathwork, and guided relaxation will further enhance the calming effects of this practice.
Restorative Yoga is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those with injuries or illnesses. It's a perfect way to unwind after a long day, reduce stress, and improve sleep.
