Join us for a slow-paced, gentle practice focused on deep relaxation and healing through passive stretching and stillness. It involves holding supported poses for extended periods, typically 5 or 6 minutes, using props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets to create comfort and allow the body and mind to release tension and find a state of deep rest and balance. Encourages mindfulness and includes breath awareness and soft music to calm the nervous system and promote mental clarity.Option to bring your own bolster, pillow, and/or blankets.
We believe yoga should be accessible to all. If your situation permits, $15-$20 per class is suggested. Pay what you can $5-$10-$15-$20
