Rest, release, and replenish! Restorative yoga is a passive, receptive practice that helps one attain a state of deep relaxation and contentment, bringing physical and mental balance. This is achieved with the help of gentle stretches and poses that are made comfortable and accessible by being fully supported by a variety of props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps.
Joined by Jennifer Hammond, this experience is paired with the optional offering of Reiki and soft touch assists.
We provide the following but you may bring you own props as well:
Large bolster
Two blocks
Two blankets
Strap
One Sunday each month from 4:00-5:30
Minimum sign up of six attendees required to hold the event.
