Join Alexandra and her partner and chef, Daniel, for a nourishing day of vocal sound healing, learning, and reflection at this beautiful healing venue.

This special retreat offers time away from the fast pace of everyday life, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your voice with like-minded others.

Throughout the day you’ll experience gentle vocal sound healing sessions, moments for quiet reflection, and guided exploration of practices that support nervous system regulation and balance.

What the Day Includes:

- Unfolding Body and Vocal warm ups
- Restorative Vocal Toning and Mantra Immersion
- Intention Infused Voice Led Healing Sound Bath
- An Interactive Session For Nervous System Regulation, Interoception and Restorative Practice rooted in Research
- Chanting and Release to Leave Refreshed and Grounded

The day also includes:
- A delicious vegan and gluten-free lunch to nourish body and mind (created by Chef Daniel)
- Morning and Afternoon Tea/Coffee, Cakes, Fruit
- Time to stroll through the peaceful grounds and enjoy nature between sessions

The Green Door Centre also has 3 beautiful lodges on site, please contact the centre directly for booking mentioning this retreat (the lodges have a minimum 2 night stay and a package rate of £275).

Retreat Cancellation Policy:
Up to 4 calendar weeks' notice – you will receive a refund of money paid minus a £10 admin fee.
Less than 4 calendar weeks' notice but not less than 2 weeks– 50% refund will be given minus a £10 admin fee.
Less than 2 weeks' notice (including for reasons of illness)– no refund given.
(Please note that the Green Door will have their own cancellation policy for lodges).
