Restorative Stretching and Reiki Certification will provide enough knowledge to comfortably lead a 1-2 hour Restorative Stretching class. This course will provide you with tools to feel more confident offering hands on assists in your classes. There will be in-depth discussion, review, and practice on how to properly support 12 restorative stretches. This course includes 5CEs approved by NCBTMB.
Instructor Cindy Huston owner of Yoga Body Elements is an E-RYT Yoga Instructor Educator, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Reiki Master Teacher.
