Take some time to relax and reset at this beautiful sound bath with the Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and the Gong. We will start with a brief, guided meditation and some gentle exercises to calm the mind and open your body to the healing sounds before you get all cosy and let the sound waves wash over and through you, re-balancing your chakras and restoring your soul.
Most of the session will be on the floor - please bring something comfy to lie on and as many blankets and cushions as you like, as well as water to drink. Slippers and Pj's encouraged!
Have a think about what you would like to get out of the session - this could simply be some you time, or something specific you are looking to heal. Sound healing can achieve amazing results - especially when a clear intention has been set.
