This restorative sound bath is an invitation to soften — to let go of tension, release control, and allow yourself to receive.
Through gentle guidance and immersive sound, you’ll be supported in settling the body, calming the mind, and opening to a more easeful, receptive state.
This is a space where you don’t need to do anything, fix anything, or figure anything out.
Just come as you are, and allow yourself to be held.
Perfect for you if you:
- Feel like you’re always pushing or overdoing
- Find it hard to relax or receive support
- Are craving softness, ease, and emotional spaciousness
What to expect:
- A gentle, grounding arrival
- An extended restorative sound bath
- Quiet time to rest and integrate
What to bring:
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- Blanket + pillow for comfort
- Water bottle
- Optional: eye mask, cozy layers

Crystal is a sound practitioner and tarot reader who offers restorative, grounding experiences designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation.
Her sessions are calm, accessible, and intentionally held to create a space where you can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
