Restorative Sound Bath
Come join us for an evening of sound healing! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments that can lead you into a deep state state of meditative relaxation. Let the vibrations wash away your stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Mats will be provided. Bring any items to deepen your comfort level.

- eye mask
- pillow
- blanket
- socks, if your feet get cold like mine!
Doors will be locked at 6:05 PM to allow participants to remain at the deepest level of relaxation, so please be sure to arrive on time.
