About this Event
Surrender to the healing vibrations of sound as Brooke Lyons leads you through a gentle restorative sound bath. You will be bathed in the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other instruments designed to permeate the mind and body, bringing all systems back into balance.
This is an opportunity for you to rest and receive. The experience will begin with a gentle guided meditation followed by an immersive sound journey to calm the nervous system and reduce stress. You will walk away feeling deeply relaxed and restored.
Mats will be available to lay down on. There will be a few blankets but they are limited so I recommend bringing your own and whatever else you need to get comfy.
