Join us for an afternoon of restorative poses, hands on (or off) reiki, and guided meditation and breath work hosted by Freebird teachers Heather, Jen and Laura. Prepare to settle in, breathe it out, and move your energy as these three Freebird teachers mindfully move you through 2 hours of complete restoration + reiki and conclude with a 30 minute yoga nidra.
There will be time for intention setting, releasing what no longer serves you, and enjoying light snacks and beverages - included with the workshop or feel free to bring your own. Students are also welcome to bring their own props (blankets, pillows, tea mugs!) The studio can provide otherwise.
