The Restorative Refresh Afternoon offers an immersive experience in Restorative Yoga that resets the nervous system and reminds us of the power of this unique and indispensable practice.
Designed for those who wish to deepen their Restorative skills and learn more about the practice, the day offers sanctuary in community.
Led by expert Anna Ashby, the day begins with a rejuvenating Restorative sequence. After the pause, there will be time to dialogue questions and challenges with regard to the practice, as well as refine set ups and adjustments through practicum.
By coming together in this way we can exchange questions, share ideas and explore new ways of engaging/offering this transformational practice.
Facilitated by one of the UK’s most experienced senior teachers, the day enables those who have taken a Restorative training to brush up and reconnect, while offering a taste for those who would like to fortify their practice and eventually take a training. It’s a meeting place to learn, share and make new connections while supporting nervous system regulation.
Saturday, April 11th. 1-5.30pm (there will be a pause in the middle).
