Restorative Group Class

Whatever you're carrying right now — you're welcome to bring it.

The Restorative is a 4-week Thursday evening gathering for women who are ready to give themselves a dedicated space — to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what matters.

Each week we gather around a new theme:

Week 1 — Presence · Arriving. Getting grounded in your body and the room around you.

Week 2 — Pause · Slowing down enough to actually hear yourself.

Week 3 — Pivot · Noticing what needs to shift — and finding the courage to let it.

Week 4 — Persist · Leaving with something to carry forward.

Every session includes breathwork, journaling, and closes with a live sound bath. What builds between the women in the room is its own kind of medicine.

Sessions include guided practice, journaling, and close with a live sound bath. You'll receive a welcome kit to use throughout our time together — a journal, and a few other thoughtful, soulful extras.

Facilitated by Bree Bonanno, Certified Canadian Counsellor and sound therapist specializing in sexuality and whole-self wellness.
