About this Event
Join us for a deeply restorative 60-minute class designed to relax your body, calm your mind, and reset your energy.
We’ll begin with gentle breathing and light stretching to prepare the body to receive the healing vibrations of the gong. Then, settle into a powerful gong bath, a sound healing journey that soothes the nervous system, clears energetic blockages, and invites harmony within.
We’ll close with a guided meditation to integrate the experience and restore inner peace.
Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished from the inside out.
PLEASE NOTE: Bring a yoga mat and any pillows/blankets for this class. The floor is concrete.

Monica Stevanovic is an RYT 200 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and transformational life coach. She blends movement, breath, and energy work to guide others into clarity and presence. She creates sacred spaces for transformation, where healing and radiance unfold naturally.
