Transition from movement to stillness through the meditative art of matcha. We’ll start by moving slowly, on purpose, with restorative Pilates and deep stretches that unwind the hips, shoulders, and spine, quiet the mind, and bring you back home to your body.
From there, we’ll step into a hands-on matcha workshop where you’ll whisk your own bowl, learn the traditions, and finish with a matcha latte made with intention.
Along the way, we’ll create space for community connection through gentle conversation and shared presence, the kind that feels grounding, nourishing, and real.
You’ll learn why matcha supports calm alertness, its antioxidant benefits, and how it becomes the perfect recovery ritual after Pilates.
