We're excited to host a butt-kicking workout plus hang out with you and our partner, 818 Brewing!

11:45am - Check in for the workout

12:00-12:45pm - Glutecamp workout starts outside

1:00-2:00+pm - No shower happy hour(s) at 818 Brewing!

We will supply the workout mats and resistance band. Feel free to also bring your own mat, and of course water! Stay hydrated!
