ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Aine (pronounced: “On-Yah”) is a Mastery Method Embodied Leadership Coach and Breathwork Guide to mission driven leaders who want to make the world a better place and have a great time doing it. Aine specializes in supporting people to get free from unconscious blocks + have the power to create an extraordinary life and impact that aligns with their values (without burning out!).
As someone who’s experienced decades of shame and self-loathing after being the driver of a deadly car accident + debilitating burn out from systematically overriding her body and intuition, she has a unique understanding of what it means to turn pain, unworthiness and chronic anxiety into radical self acceptance and aligned self expression.
Aine will support you in embracing your innate wholeness through a transformational body based framework so you can feel the day-to-day joy and fulfillment that comes from living a life that makes your heart sing.
