About this Event
Class: Restorative Breathwork Class @ The Sacred Space. All attendees will receive gifting from MOMAD.
Class Description: You will be guided through an expansive and restorative breathwork class with Kira Mae Kazuko. Participants will be laying down the entire time and will work through the technique + practice, before diving into the breathwork experience. All levels are welcome.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to enjoy the beautiful space, make your way up to the class and pick your spot.

Instructor Description: Kira Mae Kazuko holds a Level 1 Certification with the Wim Hof Method for breathwork, cold exposure and meditation. She is 1 of 180 facilitators in North America and the first Japanese-Canadian woman to be certified.
