Join Janelle for a deeply nourishing restorative yoga class infused with hands-on Reiki and guided relaxation. This practice is designed to help your body soften, your nervous system settle, and your heart feel held.
Every blanket, bolster, and breath will support a cause that is incredibly personal. In honor of Melody, all donations from this class will go directly to Dana-Farber to support cancer research and compassionate care.
