Join Kristi Bult of Every Heart Yoga for a deeply nourishing workshop designed to support rest, connection, and energetic renewal. This 90-minute restorative flow blends gentle, supported yoga postures with the healing presence of group Reiki, creating space for the nervous system to soften and the heart to open.
As you settle into stillness, Reiki energy will be offered to the group, supporting balance, release, and a sense of wholeness. Expect slow movement, long-held restorative poses, mindful breath, and intentional rest—all guided with compassion and care. This practice is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those seeking grounding, stress relief, and deep relaxation.
Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in a practice where every heart is welcome.
