Restorative Aerial Yoga focuses the mind inward as it floats the body through a series of gentle poses. Unlike an aerial flow that places the hammock about hip height, Restorative Aerial places the hammock less than 10 inches off the ground. Each pose will be held for a few minutes to deeply open the entire spine, hips and connective tissues of the body. No flipping involved!Flow & Fly's Restorative Aerial training contains 60 postures and will provide a framework for sharing this practice with others. In this course, you will have a chance to deepen your own practice and to learn how to safely share this yoga practice with others.
