A $5 silk rental fee will taken at the door if you do not have your own silks.Release~Stretch~Soothe~Balance~
Join Nikki Johnson, aerial instructor, and Jen Faith Morley, yoga instructor.
We will utilize low hung aerial hammock silks to support ourselves during restorative poses which are held for several minutes each.
We will start with gentle movement using the silks before we move into long held postures. There will be a yoga nidra guided meditation and savasana in the silks at the end of class.
Therapeutic Touch will be offered throughout the class to further release and open, but students may opt out of this if they are not comfortable.
Beginner friendly. All bodies and beings welcome. :)
This class is suitable for ages 15 and up.
