We will use hammock silks to help us stretch and strengthen in this aerial yoga workshop. Learn mobility exercises, deep stretches, and moves that will help you build strength and endurance. Beginner friendly. This will not be a tricks based class, this is aerial yoga based.Please contact Nikki with questions 850-463-2758
A $5 silk rental fee will be taken at the door if you do not have your own silk.
Please do not wear any jewelry, metal, hair clips, or zippers.
There are no refunds or cancellations, but you may make a one time reschedule 24 hours or more prior to the event, eligible for another workshop with the same teacher. Contact Nikki.
