Restoration Techniques & Native Planting with Donny Triplat

Donny has over 35 years of collected experience in the field of restoration and landscaping from various diciplines. He started his career doing research in the US Forest Service studying forest health, fire ecology, and disease. He went on to become a professional tree climber and then went into restoration work in Tahoe growing native plant communities. He has since created and maintained a successful landscaping business in Truckee, Native Landscapes.

100% of ticket sales for Donny's event will go to the Truckee Donner Lake Trust. Since 1990, the Truckee Donner Land Trust has protected almost 45,000 acres, ensuring continued recreational access and protecting lands for future generations. Learn more about them here.
