About this Event
As women, we often lose parts of ourselves in our roles as mothers, wives, nurturers, and leaders. We suppress our emotions, tell ourselves stories, and create narratives to maintain peace and hold space for everyone—except ourselves. Even with success and achievements, we find ourselves empty and unfulfilled, having built a life on the expectations and validation of the outside world rather than our inner truth.
Restoration is about reconnecting to your inner world. It's about awakening the dormant parts of your being, remembering your connection to source, your innate power, and restoring balance in mind, body, and spirit. Restoration brings you face to face with your internal truth—that yearning for authenticity that defines who you truly are. It's about living that truth, through and through, out loud and without explanation.
✨ Discover What's Been There All Along ✨ This two-hour workshop provides a sacred space to reclaim those lost parts and remember your true essence. Through explorative movement and transformative conversations, you'll reconnect with your authentic self.
💫 Feel Again. Believe Again. Remember. 💫 Feel Again. Believe Again. Remember. Whether you're a new mom, an empty nester, widower or recent divorcee seeking to redefine yourself, a pivoter transitioning from a long-time career into solopreneurship, or simply feeling stuck in a reality that doesn't belong to you—this workshop is for you. Engage in artistic and empowering movement, and transformative conversations, while reconnecting with your inner power and creating a new evolving vision.
Join me, Ronaya your Movement Facilitator, and step into your power, reconnect with your essence, and embrace your authentic self in this transformative 2-hour workshop. Movement, dialogue, and self-discovery await. It's time to remember who you truly are.
