About this Event
Immerse yourself in Tending through a Sound Bath experience that invites you to listen, hear and absorb the artwork. Focusing on the experience of sound as tending, rest on a beanbag or stand with eyes open and take in the exhibition. Shardaé will play singing bowls in response to the work in the gallery, easing you into restful engagement. A selection of ways to listen will be offered at the beginning of the workshop to ensure everyone is in a comfortable position to listen and immerse.
Please arrive on time as there will be no entry after 5 mins & the door will be locked to avoid disruptions.
ABOUT SHARDAÉ
Shardaé is a yoga teacher and sound guide who seeks to hold space for you to be and to breathe.
Yoga and Sound with Shardaé is an exploration of sensation, subtlety, and self-awareness. Her classes support a softening into presence, a deepening of connection with the body, and a steady attunement to the wisdom that rises from within, creating a felt sense of spaciousness that lingers long after the practice ends.
Warm, soul-led, and deeply embodied, Shardaé guides Mandala, Vinyasa, Yin and Sound with intention and care—honouring both the physical journey and the inner landscape it reveals.

- Kind and respectful in our language and behaviour towards others. Turf is a space which is anti racism, sexism, homophobia and ableism.
- Considerate of others' time; allowing others room to speak & engage.
- Respectful of the space itself as belonging to many people, treating the space & objects with care.
- In 2023, around 30% of people booking free tickets didn't turn up! Our free tickets are limited and in high demand. Every person who doesn't turn up means someone else can't attend, so please let us know if you can't make it to free up a space. If you don’t attend twice or more without letting us know, you may be restricted from booking again.
