About this Event
Inspired by the abundant wisdom of the forest and ocean, Jamie intuitively guides you on a restorative sound journey to realm of deep rest. Crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, oceanic sounds, and ethereal singing poetically weave together, inspiring a shift in the body, mind and spirit.
The evening begins with a gentle breath practice, to ground our energy in the space. You will then rest in a nest of blankets and pillows, as I guide us through a heart opening meditation where we will place an intention deep within the subconscious mind, a realm where change and new beginnings take shape. Then, vibrational sounds will fill the room to soothe and harmonize the body and mind on a cellular level. This rejuvinating experience will allow you to release into a night of deep sleep.
Nurturing ourselves through a restorative practice, like a sound bath, strengthens our capacity to move through big emotions and physical sensations - which leads to rejuvinating sleep, feeling grounded and inner clarity.
* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & yoga mat to rest on. I will have blankets for you to use, feel free to bring your own!
