About this Event
Join your hosts and fellow yogi friends, Tiffany & Adrienne for 90 minutes of restoration based practices to assist in unwinding from your week and into your weekend.
*December's event will be donation based, donations can be made via Venmo on the afternoon of the event!*
Tiffany will be guiding a slow sequence of restorative yoga poses and integrative breathwork while Adrienne will be delighting you with beautiful sound frequency atonement. Light snacks & full tea bar + bubbly water assortment will be available for your enjoyment before & after the practice.
If you haven't experienced the combination of Yin Yoga , Breathwork, and a joyously harmonious sound-bath before, know that we promise you the following...
1.) You will be fully taken care of here, blankets, blocks, & bolsters are all provided. We simply ask that you show up, just as you are, with less to "do" and more to "be".
2.) This may just be the best self regulating, extra cozy, conscious adult nap you've ever experienced ;)
3.) We are teachers, but we are also forever students. We bring the combination of these practices forward in one offering because we've first received the incredible benefits for ourselves and much like those before us, we now have a strong desire to share! It is our honor and pleasure to co-create this space, we look forward to having you join us -Namaste*
-Please plan on being fully present with us from 4:00p-5:30p, additional discussion and integration time in the space is allocated but the choice will be yours at that time if further connection is desired :D <3
