Be guided to set your intention to surrender into deeply restorative, supported poses. Feel held & warmed as you connect to inner calm & relaxation. Surrounded by soft candlelight and healing music.
Bring your favorite blanket, a pillow for head support, eye pillow & be guided into bliss.
Restorative props available at studio, feel free to bring your own for added warmth & comfort.
