Move and breathe together: with yoga-inspired practices to help our bodies and our nervous systems really move into the Spring
Observe and reflect together: with meditation, journaling, and sharing to help us connect more deeply with ourselves and get clear on our intentions for the months ahead
Rest together: with the deep relaxation practice of yoga nidra to nurture and heal our physical and emotional selves
This mini-retreat is for you if you are a woman who is ready to:
take a few hours out of your day-to-day to pause, and rest, and just be with yourself
claim some space for yourself, where you can focus on listening to and caring for your body and your mind
spend some quality time with yourself, and with other like-minded women
You don’t need any previous experience of yoga or meditation to join and fully benefit from all that this mini-retreat has to offer.
