Rest In The Community: A Monthly Guided Relaxation Hour

This isnβt your average wellness class. This is deep, radical rest designed for tired minds, tense bodies, and overworked souls. Whether youβre juggling too much, healing quietly, or simply need an opportunity to lie the hell down without guilt, this space is yours.
Each session offers guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation), a chance to drop into deep rest without needing to βdoβ anything. No poses, no pressure, just softness, stillness, and sacred pause.
