If you’ve been running on adrenaline for longer than you’d like to admit, this morning is for you.This is a small, grounded half-day retreat for women navigating stress, burnout, life change, or simply that constant low-level hum of pressure that never quite switches off.
We’ll learn what your nervous system is actually doing when you feel frazzled. We’ll practice simple somatic approaches you can use in everyday life. And we’ll build in proper restorative rest - the kind that makes a difference later that week.
There’s no expectation to be “good at” yoga. Just space to come as you are and let your system find a little safety.
