Rest as Liberatory Practice: A Spring BIPOC Wellness Gathering (Tacoma)

Rest as Liberatory Practice is an offering focused on rest and wellness for BIPOC nonprofit leaders in Pierce County hosted by Collective Liberation in Practice.

Take a step into deepening your rest practice and join us to:

• Learn about the work of the BIPOC ED Coalition and upcoming rest opportunities
• Discuss cultivating a culture of rest, wellness, and collective liberation
• Receive acuwellness, foot baths, and herbal tea offerings from local practitioners of Flor y Ser
• Share a nourishing meal
• Embody liberation through somatic dance and movement
