Rest & Restore Yoga is a 4-week deeply calming series designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Through gentle asanas and guided meditation, students are invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with inner balance.
Meditations are enhanced with essential oils, quartz sound bowls, and other soothing sound tools, creating a tranquil, multi-sensory experience that supports deep relaxation and overall well-being.

About the Instructor:
Noreen is a compassionate and accomplished yoga instructor with over 14 years of experience. She is a registered RYT-500 Yoga Alliance–certified instructor and a Reiki Master Practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki system.
Her expertise includes Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, with a focus on guiding students of all ages toward holistic well-being of mind, body, and spirit. Each participant’s capabilities and limitations are carefully considered to design individualized asana plans tailored to their needs. Instruction integrates asanas and guided meditation enhanced by essential oils, quartz sound bowls, Koshi chimes, and other sound tools to create a deeply restorative and meaningful experience. She is highly skilled in developing personalized wellness plans and motivating participants to achieve their individual goals.
