The night begins with a yin yoga class, a floor-based, deeply passive practice where poses are held long enough to release the tension that stretches can't reach. No experience required. Just show up, get comfortable, and let go.
From there, the room shifts into a live sound bath. Resonant tones from singing bowls wash over you while you lie still, guiding your mind somewhere quieter than it's probably been all week.
