Join us for a wonderful afternoon of Restorative Yoga with Clare. No experience or equipment required.In this busy and stressful world we live in its so important to take some time out to slow down and enjoy some quiet time for ourselves, looking after our body and our mind.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, accessible and profound practice that aims to help you feel more centred in yourself and in your body; aligning the physical and mental by practising stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time.
This workshop will introduce you to a variety of Restorative Yoga postures. Time will be spent to establish poses, utilising yoga props to ensure effective positioning and comfort. You will then spend some time in each position to experience the therapeutic effects.
Be kind to yourself and come and enjoy this fantastically restful and nurturing practice.
