A sound bath is not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, those with thrombosis, or those with low blood pressure. If you have sound sensitivities, please speak with Adriana before signing up. In-person sound baths may produce monaural beats. If you are prone to seizures, it is recommended that you check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your facilitator know.
Participants are asked to arrive 10 min before the session start time. Doors close at scheduled start times. Due to the nature of this class, late arrivals will not be permitted.
Sessions are nonrefundable.
