Join us Tuesday, November 25th from 7:00–8:00 PM at Coyote Hills Golf Course in Fullerton, CA for an immersive journey designed to help you rest deeply and restore fully—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

In today’s fast-paced world, true rest has become a rare luxury. “Rest & Restore” was created to offer you a sacred pause—an opportunity to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner calm. Through the healing power of sound, you’ll be guided into a deeply meditative state where the body can unwind and the mind can soften.
Using a combination of crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and other harmonizing instruments, this sound bath creates a vibrational environment that invites deep relaxation and internal balance. As your brain shifts into a slower, theta-dominant state, you may experience release, emotional clarity, or simply a sense of peace and spaciousness.
Whether you’re brand new to sound baths or returning to your practice, this evening offers a nurturing container to let go and receive. All that’s required is to lay down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to support your restoration.
