About this Event
Rest & Release:
A Sunday night practice to unwind and recharge before your week. Through sound, breath awareness and meditation, this session offers an opportunity to soothe the mind, calm the nervous system and restore balance. A blend of sound healing instruments and frequencies creates space for deep rest and self-connection.
What to bring:
Please bring water, layers, a mat, a blanket, a pillow and anything else that will allow you to feel comfortable and supported. All are welcome.
