Join Charney and Karis for an autumn retreat at the beautiful Hearth and Soul Retreat Centre in the Overberg. As the seasons shift, autumn reminds us to slow down, turn inward, and release, so we can create space to rest and digest.This weekend retreat invites you to reconnect with the natural cycles around and within you. We are after all cyclical beings.

- A visit to the nearby Platbos Forest for a a stroll beneath the beautiful indigenous trees and a forest bathing meditation (weather dependant)
