Step into a heart‑opening, deeply restful experience for your body, mind and spirit this spring with Simone, an experienced and certified level 2 yoga and meditation teacher.
This gently guided journey blends:
-100% pure, artisan‑crafted Peruvian ceremonial cacao — rich in heart‑opening, mood‑uplifting compounds.
-Restorative and Yin yoga postures, supported and slow‑paced, to calm the nervous system and invite deep restoration.
-Breath practices and a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation for profound stillness and rejuvenation.
-Journalling and essential oils to integrate the experience and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
What to bring:
-All props provided (mat, bolster, blocks, blanket); bring your own if you prefer.
-Comfortable layered clothing.
-Water bottle — please hydrate well before and after the cacao.
