Alainna is a yoga-loving native of Colorado Springs blessed with two beautiful boys ages 15 and 9 and two small pups who keep life joyful and full of energy. Her journey with yoga began over 20 years ago when a friend invited her to a traditional hot Bikram class โ and she was instantly hooked.
Over the years Alainna has come to see yoga as an essential part of life. No matter where someone is โ physically mentally or emotionally โ yoga has a way of meeting them exactly there. She believes deeply in the healing power of purposeful breath and movement and has experienced firsthand the growth and expansion that mindfulness and intention can bring.
For Alainna teaching yoga is a true gift. She cherishes the opportunity to share this practice with others and looks forward to meeting students on the mat guiding them through connection awareness and self-discovery.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury tinnitus epilepsy metal in the body etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath thank you!
