After a brief pause, settle into your cozy nest for a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, crafted to help you shed what no longer serves you and restore inner balance.
Enjoy this time of rest and renewal in a safe, welcoming space for all. We’ll close with tea and sharing if you're called. These sessions fill up with wonderfully beautiful souls.
