In a calm, low-light, space designed for cultivating calm in your mind, body and soul, be and create in a safe supportive space. You'll walk away with a personally sacred piece of your own making that will continue to offer you reminders of your dedication to Self for many days to come. The mediation will include a candle, used during the workshop, that you can take home with you. Your work will be done on a 16"x20" canvas board. All supplies provided.Each workshop is limited to 4 people, to keep the space intimate and client-focused.
