Resonate Counseling Services and Resonate Sedona Present "A Therapist's Retreat."

Resonate Counseling Services and Resonate Sedona are thrilled to present "A Therapist's Retreat" on 11/09/2024 in beautiful Sedona. Join us for this great opporitunity for self-care, networking and fun admist the magical red rock landscape of Sedona. We will start the day with some trail snacks, sound healing and a group meditation at the VOCA Clubhouse in th Village of Oak Creek (the southern part of Sedona.) Next, we will hike the Baldwin Trail* where we enjoy breathtaking views and healing vortex energy of the iconic Cathedral Rock. We will conclude with a little picnic by the side of Oak Creek where we will have lively discussions and a chance to do some networking. Please bring a pillow to use during meditation and a blanket for the picnic. A hiking bag, water bottle and hiking shoes are reccomend for the portion that we will be hiking on the Baldwin Trail. This will be a great opporitunity for some self-care, connection with nature and awesome company, we hope to see you there!
