About this Event
As winter begins to soften and spring quietly emerges, Resonance at the Red Barn: Softening into Spring offers a grounding space to rest deeply and welcome seasonal renewal. This experience invites you to settle into the body, release lingering tension, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and ease.
This immersive sound bath weaves together the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. As sound vibrations move gently through the body, they encourage grounding and release, supporting a natural return to balance and opening space for renewal to arise.
Designed as a pause from the busyness of everyday life, this experience offers an opportunity to soften, slow down, and rest in stillness. Through intentional listening and embodied presence, you will be guided into a calm, receptive state where the body can unwind and the mind can quiet.
You will leave feeling rooted, replenished, and gently renewed, carrying a sense of clarity, spaciousness, and grounded energy with you beyond the session. This is an evening to receive, to slow down, and to honor rest as an essential foundation for renewal and well being.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and bolster or second pillow for under your knees(**This is important for your comfort as you will be laying on the floor for over an hour), water bottle, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 7:00PM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend.
There is plenty of free parking at the Red Barn
***You may also e-transfer $30.00 - this can be sent to [email protected]. Please make sure to include your email in the notes.***
